I have some probs with my 8310.

The ring+vibra is not working. I've heard it could be the firmware, or what ever you call it - i'm using v. 03.07 right now, and i know it's old - wich brings me on to my next question.
How can i upgrade the firmware? What do i need? And can i do it myself? (Cause the warranty have ran out, and i don't wanna pay for it )
