Nokia and Microsoft have today announced that they will release an N-Gage version of Halo in the second quarter of 2006. The iconic shooter will for the first time ever be available on a handheld console.
The single-player game will see players fighting their way through nine new exclusive 3D levels with cutscenes relevant to both halo 1 and 2.
The game will also support up to eight players via bluetooth on classic multiplayer maps from both Halo 1 and 2.
As a first, the game will also be playable for up to four players via Arena in realtime. It will also support extensive stats, ranking and downloadable content via Arena.
