emergency numbers

There are 3 emergency #'s programmed in nokia 1100's.
Is there a way to change these. If so you can make free calls to these #'s.
they are located on parameter 36,37,& 38.
Parameter 08 is the amount of time the phone chares for text.
my phone a prepaid NET 10 & as spare phone is from TRACFONE.

what about changing the cost of text messages.
my wife has a nokia 1100 (tracfone) it charges nothing for incoming text &
3 cents for outgoing text. My nokia 1100 (Net 10) phone charges 5cents incoming &outgoing text. It is located under parameter 08.

No companys check on their side as well as the phone so stop people doing what you are attempting. Normally checks the value on the phone to one on the server, if it doesn't match it fails.
