Nokia 6102b Cingular USA - unlock successful

I have read through all of the threads and have also tried alot of what has been said here.. can anyone help me.. I am trying to unlock my 6102b from cingular.. i get the restriction on message.. I have also tried to place the sim card from t-mobile into the phone but it says it is locked.. can anyone help?
