My 3310 display at first CONTACT SERVICE after i have lashe it withe victore eagle box 3.0 all is ok but it display no network and it reboot after eache try to call.

hardware wise it could just be your PA that either needs reflowed or replaced... software wise it could be a dodgy flash or maybe a corrupt PM... try flashing it again and writing in a known good PM or try reflowing or replacing your PA... not very much help am i!!?
