nokia 8310 flashing help

hi, am interested in flashing my nokia 8310,can u guys plz helpme out in telling me how to do it and tell the sw required and the place for downloading the sw's and the 8310 flash files, and also the hw required, the data cable and other stuff,,plz help,and can any1 tell me how to remove the inbuilt tones of 8310 and add our own new personal tones...plz help.
