Basically i broke my nokia 6280 i am devastated. However, i found teh exact model in the park. obviously its been blocked but is there any way at all i can unblock it?????????????

no, you cannot change the serial number (IMEI number) as its illegal... the phone you found in the park is blocked for a reason, basically you stole it!! hand it into the police and get your phone fixed!!
