Nokia 6800 Menu Unlock

I got ahold of a prepaid T-Mobile Nokia 6800. Beautiful phone, and I love the QWERTY keyboard, but I have one problem.

I've unlocked the SIMlock, so I can make calls and use text messages.

But the menus are locked down, including those to change the wap browser. I've tried to get Cell One to send settings, but it won't work.

Cell One previously had this model, but will not reflash it, claiming it to be illegal. I'm not sure if I believe this (since I never signed any contract, etc), but if it is, mods please delete my post.

My question is, how can I unlock those menus? Do I need to reflash, and if so, how do I do it or who do I go to? If not, what do I need to do?

I emailed T-mobile.

They won't send mt an unlock code (which I've already done) unless I buy 90 days of service. But, since I never started service, I'm under no contract, so it is not illegal - the rep said that there is no contract to breach.

Any ideas? I really like this phone, I just want it to work for me.
