Imposible to unlock NOKIA DCT2/3/4 from Romania

Hi.I´ve tried to unlock many nokias with online calculators from romania without success.
They are impossible to unlock by code.
I guess all calculators need an update or something like that because all in romania we have these operators.
1:Vodafone
2:Orange
3:Cosmote
There is a solution of unlocking mobiles from romania by code ?

Hi,

I've unlocked many romainain phones.
Make sure your GEN is not Blacklisted (Like GEN: V2)..
Try GENS like ONE, ASIC6 and ORIGINAL.
