    flashed to 34- and that is right place.

    I don't have full flash, so try this MCU (v5.30) with Language pack.

    Address for 8210:
    ====================
    MCU: 00200000 - 00340000
    PPM: 00340000 - 003D0000
    EEPROM+PMM: 003D0000 - 00400000

    It must work.
