    Smile Contact Service?

If the problem is the phone's software, try flashing a 3310 virgin eeprom with the start address of "3D0000" or full flash the phone instead with 3310 ver 5.47 or better, and convert it to 3315 on Knok Phoenix

If it doesn't work, it already hardware error... Before you do the flashing take note of this!

To test if the fault is software, do this...
    1. Remove the phone's SIM card
    2. Insert a fully charged battery
    3. Turn on the phone

If the phone display's "Insert SIM Card" before blanking out then "Contact Service" then the problem is Software - you can now flash the phone...
else if it display's "Contact Service" without displaying "Insert SIM" then you have a Hardware Error - It is not advisable to flash the phone!

    What you need....
    1. DCT-3 Flasher Cable (It is basically a set)
    2. 3310 Mbus Cable
    3. Rolis DCT-3 Flasher 4.78 (4.79 latest) & Noktool by Rolis 1.8 (1.9 latest)
    4. Knok Phoenix (can also do what ROLIS can do - All-In-One)

    What you'll do...
    1. Connect the flasher to LPT (Printer Port)
    2. Connect the 3310 Mbus to available Com Port
    3. Connect the phone to the flasher cable
    4. Choose 3310 then click flash
    5. When the software says "turn on phone" - Lightly click the phone's power button (just a single click - PHONE MUST NOT TURN ON)
    6. After flashing, plug the phone on mbus and start Noktool or Phoenix click Quick Set Faid
    7. Change IMEI to default (See 13 digit on the back of phone)
    8. Click SP Unlock (SP), click FAID (Quick Set Faid), click Convert 3310 to 3315, click Quick Set Faid (Faid), Click reset UI (User Interface)
    9. Remove mbus, Turn on phone (no network), turn off, turn on again (network ok)
    Your Done!

Where can obtain the cable and software from?
    Do I need both cables?

    Where to find that cables?

From what country are you from?
You can find Flasher cables & mbus (data) cables on Malls, Electronic Shops, Cellphone Repair Shops & on the Internet!
You need both cables, because after flasing a phone you need to click faid (unless you are using a Dejan Box or Dejan Flasher - coz they don't need Faid after flashing)
