LG Shine removal of task bar ? - Nokia Flash Reverse Electronic Engineering

Please can anyone help with my LG Shine (KE970), on the wallpaper just below 1/2 way down there is a horizontal task bar across the picture/wallpaper, is there a way of removing this to allow a full wallpaper without the stupid bar ?
Phone is on Orange Network. Thanks.

hi mate

i have ke970 with polish menu so.. go to menu then press 9/3/4

i think u are asking 4 this bar
