HELP-can't exit JAVA-apps

I have problem with exiting java (.jar...) applications. Example: when I exit webviewer, it exits, but then I click on DETAILS - and it says that it's still running. and I can't start it again then (I have to restart phone every time I want to start it)

Any solutions ?

It's space-doubler or what ?!?! Is this bug ? Damn, can't they fix that :)
