ME45 turned off after 3 sec

Hello...

I upgrade my siemens ME45 to S45i ...,BUT the phone SOMETIMES after i power it up it stays 3 sec. then it power off...

any ideas...

first try to unlock it...to repair cecksums in your phone. if it does the same thing...flash it again
