Contact pictures...

I added a pic to a contact a few days ago and it wored fine. Everytime I go over his name in the phonebook it shows in the top left of the screen and each time they call it is displayed.

Ive tried it again with other contacts and it adds the picture but nothing is shown when I'm going the the phonebook and nothing when the call....!

Am I doing something wrong here?

when i first brought my phone off O2 i had the same problem, i tried it infront of them. they said it was a software problem with my phone and replaced it with a new one. which now works fine....
