Blinking SMS on Nokia 8250

Hey can anyone tell me can my nokia 8250 do blinking SMS that can send blinking SMS to other people??I know how to do but when i use the blinking SMS ,the message will blink in my phone but when i send to my friend it is not blinking!!!

i made a post a while ago about this

simply send unicode message to your 8250 and using it as a unicode template edit it with blinkin characters and then send it shall be sent as unicode
and hey presto it works yay :D

use logomanager to send a BLINKING UNICODE SMS to your fone then save it edit then send away SIMPLE :D
