7110 cant change profile

I have a nokia 7110 and the profile wont change off headset even when the headset is removed. the other profiles cant be selected which means the speaker in the phone wont work and the phone MUST be used with the headset.
Any help greatly appreciated!!

Thanks but I think this problem relates to another type of phone. What Im looking for is the pins that activate the headset profile as I reckon that there is a short causing "headset" to be activated.
