Unlock nokia 8310

hello, my n8310 makes a ocupied sound twise when i try to call someone, i can recieve calls send and recieve sms, but i can´t call. it seems to be locked for outgoing calls, i can call with other network companies, but not with the one i have right now(COMVIQ).
i have data cable. but i don´t know witch software to use to unlock it, if it´s so that it´s locked ? i assure it´s not stolen, but they guy i baught it from got it "stolen" so he had to report it to the police in order to get the ensurance money, and they in order lcoked it...

Your phone is IMEI blocked!!! If the guy report to the police that the phone was stoled, the network blocked it.
You'll have to wait for a IMEI changer for the DCT4 series. I don't think it is avaliable yet. :( I think this is the only solution, changing IMEI. :rolleyes:
