my dead 6210:s

HI there trying to get may 6210:s working, one the signal drops and one the clock must be entered every time i switch it off and last the one I can flash but but when I try to start it won't
Anyone who could give me some advise what to do

I would be happy if I at least get one of these working ????

sounds like a hardware problem, but i am no expert... what do you mean by:

I mean that flashing goes very well , but when I try to start the i seems dead
