Can any body help does any one know how to unlock a 6310i with cables and a computer. It is locked to orange.

Hi,

If it's not v5.10 or higher (Type *#0000# to find out), then use the software from www.RudeYute.co.uk/DCT4.htm to unlock it.
If higher, you'll have to get someone else to unlock it, or buy DCT-4 equipment to unlock it.

If v5.10 or higher, then yes, you need a dongle, or a new DCT-4 Clip.

if a phone is barred in the UK this means it cant work in the UK but can you use it in a different country

Countries outside Europe should be ok.
