You can browse the Forum Nokia site and download some of the Nokia SDKs for the range of the Java phones at Forum nokia (http://www.forum.nokia.com/javaforum/main/1,35452,1_0_30_10,00.html)

It is called the Nokia Series 60 MIDP SDK Beta 0.1 for Symbian OS
there may be a newer version now. You will have to register with forum nokia.

If sum1 has a link to a site with no reg then maybe they could post it in this thread

Will there ever be any other Emulator of 7650?? Hope so...

I have tried that epoc-emulator too.
It can only run the .sis files that you have yourself converted, not the ones you can simply run on your phone.

So that emu with the SDK cant run those .sis files that you want to try.

There is an emulator for J2ME, search for it at forum.nokia.com
it can easilly run .jar java files but still not symbian files.

I am downloading all those files from nokia forum that seem to be needed for this emu to work. (60 MIDP) just wishing that there could be a utility that could simply convert symbian to win platform.will keep you guys posted.

there can be java emulators, it's possible, dunno about specific ones,

and yes, there is a epoc emulator which can run those programs, but the problem is:

the phone has a arm-cpu, the pc running the emulator has a intel cpu....

so the .sis file that is for the phone is compiled for arm, not intel and that's why it won't run.

the sense of the emulator is to be able to test your own apps on it. so if you write your program you can compile it for intel-cpus and test it on the emulator... later you can compile it for arm and install it on the phone...

Hello, I'm from Spain and I'm thinking on buying this product from www.gsmunlock.com. Anyone can tell me if it flashes good the Nokia 7650, please, i'm very confused becouse I have heard some people that it flashes the 7650 bad and the phone dies.

Thanks for all.

I've tried downloading a few simulator files and ran it, you must have some knowledge on programing before you can use it. I'll continue looking for some other ready made simulator, if any of you you guys found one please post it here!

Thanks
