[Urgently]7650 Change the English version to Chinese Version

Hi, you guys

I just bought a new Nokia7650 in Singapore as my father's birthday gift. But very unlucky, I found it is only the English version, there is no Chinese at all. I searched a lot of forum, they said some tools can change the English version operation system to the Chinese version operation system. Because my father don't know the English at all, he just like such cute functional phone.

If anyone know how to do it or provide such service, I'd like to pay for the upgrade.

I can be in Shanghai or Singapore

The only way to have this done is upgrade the firmware version you have on your phone and have the chinese language pack installed into it. And since this is all done on your Z:(ROM), only an authorised Nokia technician can do it (oh and of course maybe some of the administraors of this site) LOL
