How to install SIS files to my 7650 ? Is it use a software ?

Dear friend, you should use PC Suite for N7650, is on the CD that came with the phone. or downlod it from nokia web page.
Install the soft and you will manage.

First of all, you should have a computer with either an InfraRed port or a BlueTooth connection.

Install Nokia Data Suite provided with the phone so that your computer would recognise your phone.

In my case, I use the InfraRed port, I simply highlight the file by selecting it, right click -> Send To -> IRDA port (something like that).

Not too sure if the same goes for bluetooth..
