n620 system failure

Hi.
I need solution for samsung n620 system failure. Customer says he just used this handphone 1 month. I already tried with samsung jig clip with lcd keyboard. There have 3 options.
1: imie change
2: sim unlock
3: phone lock unlock
Still same after 3 off them. How I write full samusng eeprom,also I need eeprom dump?
