I tried this file before my comp was having none of it :rolleyes: perhaps if i exrtact the files first it might take, hmmm... but thx for the post anyway i have seen it before on the official innovision website whcih that is .:D

Same here, i cant even unpack the file :( it keeps generating errors unfortunatly

I'm getting closer to it working, i found i had to unpack the ver2 drivers twice and then run the setup file in there,

It is now installed but does anyone know if you have to be running XP pro's service pack 1 ?, cos i'm not and cant because microsoft wont let me install it

did u get it to unpaack in the end, i found u need to redifine where it is to be unpacked too, hehe but i bet u all knew that laready cos of the invalid switching comman '/'. pc suite working now.

does any1 know were i can download pc suite appart from Nokia as theres has a new mRouter and im still having problems it just says "connecting on com 6 dun" and never actually fully connects. Iv lost my disk that came with phone that had older style mRouter, could sum1 mail me a copy of theres. pls :)

Pc suite is now fully working with my EIO wavelinker bluetooth dongle and i have synchronised with outlook, done a full phone backup and installed and application onto my phone through it just to test the functionality,

Many thanks to everyone who helped, especially pondscum who stayed up all night last night to figure out which updates we needed to do!!

works fine for me, here is how i got it working ;)

(1)Clean install of xp (propably isnt necessary but my driver files were shagged so i started from scratch)

(2) Install The latest wave linker driver and software from ftp://ftp.inno3d.com/eio/blue_tooth_compact_flash_20.exe

(3) add a shortcut for XTNDconect to your startup directory ( i found the mrouter wont detect the phone unless this is started first)

(4) Install the latest nokia pc suit from here http://nds1.nokia.com/phones/files/software/N7650_PCSuite_en.exe

(5) go to the mrouter properties and select the com port the wave linker device is useing for serial conections, for me it was 3, but you can find this out from the device manager.

Make sure you reboot when asked and you continue every time it says the drivers have not been tested ect.

In mRouter should it say "unkniwn device Com ?" or "Bluetooth Device" cos mine says unknown.

The onyl think i would add to your list Theronin is that you need to be running SP1 for XP, i couldnt get it working at all initially, but as soon as i installed SP1 for XP it s[rang into life and has worked properly ever since!!

I will email Mrouter to you later today Pondscum cos i cant find my cd at the moment

cheers mosser. Im using XPsp1 and i reinstalled both on the 2nd. but iv installed allsorts of driver and sw the other night trying to get it to work. I really dont want to have to go through it all again it took me 8 & 1/2 hours. Lots of shite! on my HDD's.

I have sent it to you pondscum, it was a 2.2 meg attachment that i had to send from a different email address (hotmail wouldnt let me send a 2.2meg attachment), hope it gets through to you

i cant get it to work. I cant get mrouter to see the com ports or sdk connect thingy so see them although the mrouter sees the com number but doesnt know that its bt. Iv even removed my firewall and nothing. The xtnd prog knows that mrouter is trying to do something. iv had mrourter say connecting once but it never fully connected

remove xtnd blue manager from system completely, do reg clean also (above unistall in the xtnd folder in start menu), next remove pc suite, next install the version 2 drivers, then install pcsuite the latest version, next run blue namager connedct to the 7650, then double click on mrouter select com 3, blue manager will d/c from teh 7650 and pcsuite should start connecting to it all done.

everytime u want to run bluetooth when u get d/c from mrouter u need to follow this step, conect with blue manager first, then deselect com 3 then select it again, and it should connect, u may need to give it a few seconds to connect, possibly 10-15seconds.
