how does webviewer work?

I have tried and tried but to no avail gotten webviewer to work using my BT to surf via DSL, i just get error message 20015 everytime i try to connect to a site, it just will ont work for me, any help is appreciateed.

i used the BT settings to connect to the pc through IR and webviewer worked just fine.....
