T-mobile unlocking

I'm sure you get people dropping in here all the time asking about how do I unlock this and i'm gonna do exactly the same (sorry). I've been trying to find how to do it myself but as far as I can see i've got to generate a log file (which I've done) then ask someone else to decode it and give me a number which unlocks the phone. BTW I have a nokia 7650 bought from someone on the T-mobile network and im with 02. T-Mobile want £35 and it takes them up to four weeks!!! If anyone knows where to get the software to decode the log files then please let me know or tell me of someone cheap and reliable who I can phone or E-mail and get the code, it's driving me nuts!!!

Its tru.. i desperatly wanna unlock this phone, t-mobile are good enough for providing me with FREE calls.. but wap is toooo much! i have an o2 sim which allows unlimited GPRS access... dont kno why tho, but aint complaining... id b very interested in hearing from anyone who has the algorithm to create unlock code... like t-mobile do?
