If you use SeleQ Go to C:\system\installs and delete install.log it will start a clean file.

Hi!
At C:\system\install\ I have several SIS. files needed for the programs installs...
However, when installed, these programs need no more the install files, right?
If i remove these files, will i damage the programs?

I erased the .sis files of camera fx and its key from the installs directory then i tried to run the app. Guess what, it still worked. Im not sure bout the other apps.

yeah, they still work, but if u wanna reinstall them they will need the install.sis.
(but even u could delete them with a File-man.)
so i would let it be,even we free not much memory with this files.

Anyone know the procedure to remove an installation after deleting the .sis files which sit in the C:\system\installs?
After deleting the .sis...it appears that they don't show up in Application Manager anymore. Do I have to re-install the app/program, then remove via application manager?
thanks

go to c:\sytem\apps\ then delete the folder of the app you want to uninstall. This has the same effect when you remove the app from app manager.

Any residual files located in other directories (assuming it's similar to a Windows application install), such as .ini files, etc...? Also, do you lose the icon after deleting the folder of the app, or do I just go into menu and delete?
thanks again
