i means how i can reebot it which key i should to press if i want to make format for it for example when i have internal erorr or some thing like this i should to make restart for the communicator so any one have idea how i can do that ?

Very Easy Dear Friend,
Ctrl+Shift+Chr+K repeat pressing on "K" many times and it will restart

There is also a freeware RESTART soft for this purpose

WARNING.
after downloading rename it to .sis, It is not a .zip file but I cant attach .sis files...

You can also use AppManager that has Task control and reset. The crack is already posted. Check Nokia 9210 forum
