SPOTxde AMR Decoder

guys, i'd found SPOTxde AMR Decoder at www.voiceage-spot.com
to play a recorded sound from 7650 in Windows Media player 6.4, 7.1 & 8.0.

does anyone has other decoder than that coz the sound quality seems not to good..?
