Changes and improvements:
MESSAGING
USSD
Send USSD returns complete response.
"*" character is handled correctly in USSD input.
SMS
Erased concatenated SMS’s are not shown when new one comes.
FDN support for GPRS connection.
CALL AND NETWORK MANAGEMENT
Call using ALS line 2 are handled correctly.
DTMF improvement. Beep sound stops when accessing voice message box.
Call divert status is shown correctly.
