Error when trying to flash my SL45

Hi!
I'm trying to update my SL45 (v23) to a SL45i
I'm using WinSwup (Firmware v54)

The error msg I get is something like this:

"You can't update a SW for a SLIK into a SL45!"

Has any of you guys seen this before & got any hints?
Any help appreciated!

hint is easy :)
get another work SL45 and download full flash from it
use UniSiemens program
after upload this flash to you phone
phone write Wrong Software
upload new flash swup file
and repair you IMEI
this all

i have same problems with 2 phone SL45 and i resolve it
with this metod.
