I have problems with my nokia 7650... Help pls.

Can anyone help me to troubleshoot my phone? I have a very big problem... My phone started to auto shutdown, I don't know why. Every time I try to turn-on my phone, after a minute or a few seconds, it shuts down. It's like fading slowly until it turns off... huh! Why is that happening to my pjone? What should I do?

If I were you, I apply hard reset to the phone .
you can apply this by entering *#7370# code . but please note that you will loose all your datas in your phone memory....

I have tried what you said but still it keeps on shutting down... what should i do then?

can you try with another battery,
because I think you have a problem with your battery...
If this problem still occures after changing the battery may be it is better you can contact with NSC.

Even if I try to change the still it shuts down. Maybe I should try to contact NSC. Anyway thanks for your help.
