guys now that the smart answer 1.03 is out, i just have a question. when u turn on the program, and when u open the task manager (press and hold the menu key), there is another program running (SW_SA_PH). i noticed that whenever the answering machine is turned on thats the only time it appears. how come in the previous versions it doesnt display another program. just wanna comment on that.

ok, another question, in the space doubler, in the settings, what does sign app icon mean? safe mode?

sign app means whether space doubler will leave a mark on the app icon that you compressed or not...
i dont kknow about safe mode

G'day All,
I have some answering machines wavs I have saved onto my phone I need to know how to save them in Smart Answer 1.03
So I can use them as my message to use as welcome/greeting
I hope that someone can help me!

i dont know if wav is supported, but for your question, here's how:
transfer your wav files to this directory: c:\system\apps\smartanswer\
then go to settings and change the play file.

@rotten ronnie, buchikin is right, but before u can use the wav files as an answer greeting, u must first rename it to an amr extension i.e. answer.wav to answer.amr...

wav can be used also instead of amr... just confirmed...

Does sm 1.03 disable the answering machine in the phone automatically?
Does it answer the call when the phone is switched off?
