i never heard of anything like converting mp3 to midi before...

i suggest u 2 send it to schiz0, so he would upload to his site.

many of us will need this sw...

i you have a program like musicmatch you could first backup you r existing mp3 title. You could then convert it into wave format and use the psmplay to convert it to midi. But if you insist in converting an mp3 to midi you could still use the intelliscore program(this program are only for music experts).
