5146 version 05.61 supported by FLSEdit?

jaz want to ask if 5146 version 05.61 supported by FLSEdit 0.3 by Joox? and also it seems that it is not either suported by ppm manager because when i tried to change the menu bitmaps with large one, it had error "Run-time error 5, Invalid procedure Call".

Its the same phone just works on the other band width!
1800 or 900 not sure which one!!
