Hello there
I bought a phone from asia before, and i totally could not understand the language at all as im from england. I got in touch with nokia and they sent me an english language pack for my phone, and they also told me i could download the language pack from the website.
Then they told me to take it into a nokia shop as they would use a program to install it on. (the program being wintesla) When i went in, i asked them what program they used, and they said, wintesla.
Its pretty hard to find is wintesla, and you cant buy it from anywhere.
Hope it helps you!
