your lock code is 12345, press ok and the phone will restart. make sure that your phone is connected to the charger. because it will take a long time if your phone is full of programs.
based on my experience with my PDA, to make the formatting prosses faster, un-plug your SD\MMC card too. so the phone just format the phone only and not with the card (if you have a 128 Mb card it will take a longer time.....).

thnx for the reply guys... anyway i figured out a way to fix my phone... when i tried *#7370#, nothing happend, it just hanged... anyway like i said, i found a way...;)
