Codes to Unlock WAP:
View WAP/GPRS/CSD Settings:
*#WAPSET#

Modify WAP/GRPS/CSD Settings:
*#VSWAP#

So if you're SIM unlocked, you are now WAP unlocked - don't thank the messenger - someone else figured this out!
