8310 blocked?

I have an 8310 that I have unlocked but it is still saying sim card registration failed .. it see's all networks when you manualy search for them.. does this mean its blocked?

Yep, unfortunatley your phone is blocked.

If I get this right then it means that the phones IMEI is blocked in this country so either the IMEI must be changed or it will work outside this country.

yep, but at the moment there is no way you can change the imei number using software on an 8310.

yep it is blocked from that provider maybe u can try other network provider

mine just works fine with other provider

I just tried o2 and orange sims both don't work. I think the mobile companys work together to bar phones now.
