Visual C++ convert to sis application

Can someone provide me with a step by step simple explanation how to convert a sample project made and working with Visual C++ 6.0 to sis application wotking with Nokia 7650?

I have also Series 60 SDk for Symbian OS

or is it possible to program directly with series 60 sdk ?

i don't have visual C++, but i want to make a c++-program for my 7650.

I have the series 60 SDK too,but my version of VisualC++ is 7.0 and i cant load the wizards!!! how can i solve this problem?
