I have found this from another site, it explains better than my write up
STEPS TO REPLACE 32XX/33XX/62XX/82XX PA MODULE
1 - SET YOUR HOT AIR TEMP TO +-450C, AIR FLOW LEVEL TO HIGH
2 - HEAT UNDERSIDE OF PA UNTIL SOLDER BUBBLES
3 - NOW SET AIRFLOW LEVEL TO MEDIUM AND HEAT TOPSIDE
4 - THEN SLOWLY LIFT PA WITH SHARP FLAT METAL OBJECT
5 - DO NOT APPLY TOO MUCH FORCE WHEN LIFTING PA,YOU WILL
DAMAGE SOLDER PADS ON PCB,NOT REPLACEABLE.
6 - CLEAN SOLDER PADS WITH A GOOD CLEANER E.G (ALCOHOL)
7 - ALIGN NEW PA ON PCB CORRECTLY AND DO STEP 3.
8 - WHILE APPLYING SLIGHT PRESSURE WITH FLAT METAL OBJECT
ON TOP HEAT THE PA UNDERNEATH UNTIL PA IS PRESSED
FLAT ON PCB.
9 - ALLOW PA TO COOL OFF FOR ABOUT 1MIN AND TEST PHONE.
HINTS:
1 - FAULTY PA IS NORMALLY CAUSED BY TRANSCEIVER BEING DROPPED TOO HARD,MOISTURE,OR FAULTY FACTORY PART
2 - NEVER SUBSTITUE BRAND NAMES WHEN REPLACING PA E.G,
(REPLACING HITACHI PA WITH PHILIPS PA).THIS WILL CAUSE
MIS-ALIGNMENT AND PA WONT WORK
3 - WHEN PA IS PHYSICALLY DAMAGED IT NORMALLY CRACKS
UNDERNEATH.
4 - IN CASE OF 82XX REMOVE POWER SWITCH BEFORE REMOVING
PA BECAUSE TOO HIGH TEMP WILL MELT PLASTIC IN SWITCH.
5 - ALWAYS PRACTICE WITH DEAD PCB BEFORE TRYING THIS SKILL
ON WORKING PHONE.
