Toshiba 'HopBit' Bluetooth hard drive!
I dont know if it works with our 7650, or if its any good - I just came across it while looking at the laptops they stock!
Its around $600 US dollars, which seems VERY expensive, but at least the whole idea wasnt a pipedream!

Actually the Bluetooth hardrive was already out in the market last year but this ia not compatible with the N7650... and indeed very expensive...
As of now, I have not known of any BT hardrive that can be used as a memory add on to our mobile phones.
