some people say that they succesfully unlocked 3510i using cheap dct 4 flasher and windct4 2.0.

but i did not tested it myself.
u can try - no harm can be done to the phone

I have a Windct4 dongle, but I my opinion most of these dongles are the same and they can be used with various softwares.

i do not remember the links sorry

but i know for sure that 3510i can be flashed using cheap dct 4 flasher. i believe that it can be unlocked also.

just insert a cable into the phone and try to unlock. nothing bad can happend. if model is not supported the program will retry.
