3650 trouble

Today, i bought new 3650 (V1.34 english, chinnese user guide book)), but it's has some trouble, like

1. i can't move image file from inbox to image folder ( doesn't
have save menu

2. i can't format this phone


anybody can help me?

there is no save option in the inbox, so the way to do it is to use a file browser. i dont know what u mean by format the fone, *#7370* doesnt work? if it doesnt, install taskmanager, register it and then format.

i have been used 3650 more than 2 months.

the problems u described is not true.

when u want 2 move image 2 any folder, please do not use menu button but navigation button, just center press 2 select the location, press left menu button at last.

u cant format the memory card, i guess u already set password for it, so u cant format or write data into the MMC

u have 2 remove the MMC password b4 u format it.

note:some 3650 can't remove MMC password after u set new password.

3650 is absolutely better than 7650, coz it supports MMC.

znnn, onimusha99 is saying there is no option to save the images from the inbox directly to the folders (whicch is true-check it out yourself). the one your talking about is moving images from folder to folder. maybe u just didnt get the question right.

but we can use infrared upload the image 2 PC then use 3650 pc suite transfer it 2 wherever we want.normally i do it this way

had this 3650 for a day and having a headache.
why does it not have save for images sent by
bluetooth and ir ? can not save.

i think they forgot to put that option. if u read the help, ull see that save is an option (but it really is not).
