Can the nokia 8310 be unlocked with a data cable connected to the serial port using Eprom tools?

It can be unlocked (depending on software version)using a data cable, but not with eprom tool. You need DCT4 unlocking software. Easiest way is to post your info on *Nokia unlock codes
