Just a suggestion, but what about putting links to your backup sites on the Main Page:

i.e.
Main - http://www.schiz0.net/7650
Backup 1 - http://phone.blackskull.org/7650
Backup 2 - http://www.Franchesca.org

what im doing right now is a redirection script...
i only up 1 site at a time, so for example you go to http://phone.blackskull.org/ and www.Schiz0.net is the site which is up, you will be redirected to www.Schiz0.net

i hope this is good enough...
coz its our exams week and i cant really focus on other stuff right now, needto prepare for midterm exams...
