dont no wot i have done but i have been d/lin apps games and after restart i get "app.closed startup wserv 7"'' error msg? i press ok and all i get on screen is my 2 hotkey buttons and clock network, no background pic and cant acess menu:(,if i click camera then goto images then fone freeses and says app closed camera serv11, retrieving thumnails but never does, i can still make calls but all other funcions r lost, ne1 got ne ideas hjow i can fix this? will i need to reinstall os?if so how?any help would be brill thanks in advance,

Look in manual for format (hard reset) and do that you will lose alll the data you have stored on the phone and you will have to reload it all again, make sure you have the charger in when you do this as if the battery dies you will have to take phone to service center to fix.
