Just a suggestion guys. Why dont we make a channel on a specific irc server and there we could discuss/share softwares and stuff.

Wow! That's a good idea. I think all of us can benefit from this because we can use the Wireless IRC on the N7650.... However, as what the others say, not all can be online all the time because most of us are busy at work or at school...
Just a thought, though...

its just a suggestion... well u dont have to be online 24/7 in the chatroom. some may setup their automated file server in the channel. so u can d/l from it anytime... if u dont know how to, u can ask me or anyone who knows how.

i just registered a channel... u can check it out by logging into:

irc server: irc.relic.net
port: 6667
channel: #nokia7650

i started my own file server in the channel. u can check it out. oh and btw to schiz0, i hope u will help me do this... thanks! :)

that doesn't seem a good server..

oh btw using my file server:

if want the list of the files for apps...

just type /ctcp woopidupnigawut 7650apps - this will pop up a box and will open a welcome message... then type dir - this will list all the app files.

and for the games...

just type /ctcp woopidupnigawut 7650games


downloading the software:

when u want to d/l a specific file, just type get <filename> without the <> bracket be sure to include the file extention... for example: get System Tools v1.31 (with keygen).zip

um... i think there is already an existing channel on irc...
i have visited this a couple of times and they have a good collection of softwares and apps...

its on efnet server and #nokia7650 channel..
there are 3 file servers there...

i wasnt sharing this because of the probabily of it being shut down... but... what the hell right...

how about dalnet? i can establish channel there and setup a file server and its much easier to learn
