help sim unlock

i have a cabel wich i have used to open a 3310, with a program called dct3 2002, now i need help with opening a 3410.
anyone now if there is a program wich will run under xp..

Use eemprom tools v4.0,just click the padlock button and then the magnifing glass icon:)it works on xp.
